In this course we will focus on the practice of pranayama. We will deepen the practice of the pranayamas of the first „The Four Characteristic Conditions“ and second group “The Four Profound Applications“. These Methods can be seen as foundational for further Pranayama and Tsalung practice. Honza conveys a thorough understanding on how to direct and hold the Prana, using also exercises from the Respira Method.
We start by warming up a little bit, then practicing the Lungsang (Eight Movements), before we dedicate to learning and practicing the Pranayamas.
